Order(s) can only be tracked when it is in Completed state.

  1. For HalloFitness users, you may track your order(s) in My Account > Orders page. Click on the View button on the order you are tracking to see its status.
  2. For all users, you may track your order(s) in the Order Tracking page. You may submit below details to the tracking form to track your order:
      • Order ID and Order Email; or
      • Tracking Number

Unfortunately you are not allowed to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
