Eligibility for Refunds
Buyer may only apply for refund of the item in the following circumstances:
- The Item has not been received by Buyer;
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Buyer has received an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong item, size, colour, etc.);
- The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided listed in the website;
The Refunds policy lasts 21 days. HalloFitness reserves rights to not accept request made after 21 days starting from the day courier service acknowledged delivery of item.
Application for requesting Refunds
Buyer may request for refund by submitting request to HalloFitness’s email with the following details:
- Item’s Order ID;
- Reason for requesting refund;
- Screenshot of defected / damaged / wrong specification item; (Optional if item has not been received by Buyer)
- Channels to receive request Evaluation Response from HalloFitness. (Email / Whatsapp contact only)
Shipping Returns
HalloFitness may request for returning of defected / damaged / wrong specification item. Buyer is responsible to ship the defected / damaged / wrong specification item back to designated address within 14 days. HalloFitness reserves rights to reject the refund request if item has not been received within 14 days.
HalloFitness will be responsible for shipping cost of returning item in post-payment mode in agreeable channels.
Evaluation of Refunds request
HalloFitness reserves full rights to approve / reject the refund request. HalloFitness will send evaluation decision to Buyer’s chosen responding channel made in refund request within 7 days
- after HalloFitness receiving refund request; or
- after HalloFitness receiving returned item
